Chandrans Yuva Foundation associated with Girlup foundation coordinated a missions about Mensural awareness for women in rural and village areas of Anaikatti. The awareness program helps the women of provincial towns to consider how their prosperity and neatness which is get affected when they use old garments of clothing as a napkin. Foundation also conveyed 5pieces of reusable pure cotton sanitary Napkins for the women in Anaikatti. The sterile napkins are made with coconut fibers and it will long continue going for 18-20months. This incredible napkins are made by rustic women’s.

Baking training for rural women

Chandrans yuva foundation associated alongside with Ms.Preethiga Balaji, the director of FICCI Flo,coimbatore. Ms.Preethiga Balaji directed a baking training course for 30 rural region women which is held at Chandrans yuva baking skill development unit. Setting up of Skill Development centre

Chandrans yuva foundation and ladies circle India Area-7 in associate with dharani pumps and motor conducted Bhoomi pooja for new skill development building. Through this new beginning more rural women’s in various areas can get the opportunity to develop their skills. This skill development center not only helps to rural women it also helps to differently abled people

GO GREEN Initiative

Chandrans yuva foundation made a christmas and new year arrangement which depends on the “Become environmentally viable Go Green” topic at PVR cinemas, brookfields. Through this activity, we gave free saplings to the audience of PVR cinemas. This activity makes an awareness on saving the earth by planting trees. crowd cheerfully got our saplings with a blissful countanances

Yoga Training Programme

Chandrans yuva foundation initiated a daily yoga class for visually challenged people, differently abled people, and the staff working in the foundation. Yoga practice in the morning helps our body to relax and peaceful mind. This yoga session is instructed by Mr.C.Santhosh visually challenged who is working in our foundation.

IK Nightwear initiative

Chandrans yuva foundation started a new initiative which is IK Nightwear label. Through this IK nightwear , many differently abled people can be benefited. Visually challenged people and differently abled people manufacture these nightwears. Advocate Mr.Anbu chezhiyan ,bar council member of Tamilnadu, initiated our IK NIGHTWEAR.

Inaugural ceremony of Go Green initiative

Every individual in India needs 450 trees to be grown, but we have only 20 trees per person chandrans yuva foundation started a GO GREEN awareness program to spread awareness about planting trees. Our Foundation made a christmas and new year setup stall which is based on GO GREEN theme at PVR cinemas,Brookfield Dr.Santhi Ananthakumar MDS,MSC Orthodontist, Kovai dental hospital inaugurated the GO GREEN booth in PVR cinemas,Brookfield. Learning classes for school drop out students

Everyone deserves a good education every year thousands of children dropped out from schools in India due to poverty. Chandrans yuva foundation has come forward to take care of dropped out students. Students from rural and remote areas are now attending classes at chandrans yuva foundation. Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.

Food Distribution to Sanitary Cleaning Workers | World Food Day

Behalf on world food day CYF prepared a wholesome meal at its own kitchen hygienically to distribute them to all the sanitary worker CYF is the first priority is to bring smile in every deprived soul.

FIGHT CANCER “Prevention is better than cure” Breast Cancer Awareness Programme by Girlup Team

As October month manifests the awareness for Cancer. Chandrans Yuva Foundation with FICCI and Girl-Up- Fembots (United Nations) conducted an awareness programme on Breast Cancer.The necessary steps and precautions to be taken to  deduct  the cancer at the early stage were a real eye- opener to each and every women whether literate or illiterate, Urban or Tribal or Under-priviledged, it brought acute perception among everyone.

GirlUp Organisation

Girlup Organization is an initiative of the United Nations Foundations and here they are focusing on providing informed awareness for Breast Cancer in Rural and Tribal Villages and remote places. Do encourage their activities and cause which is provided in this column.

SHE INITIATIVE

CYF focus its main priority on women empowerment and upliftment in their lives. Likewise it conducted a program on girl child hygiene awareness (SHE) to educate each and every girl child to follow cleanliness for her future well being. The pediatric wards set up in Hospitals are places of high importance for providing safe and effective multi disciplinary pediatric care for children.

Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital has the important Ward in its premises for taking care with around 250 beds for The Future of our Country.

Chandrans Yuva Foundation in order to cater the kids towards that vibrant drive took initiative with the help of Various College Students in Coimbatore, Transgenders, Painted the Wards Walls with lots and lots of vibrant colors.

Over 60+ Students participated in this initiative and nearly 50 Litres of Paint was used to completely fill the pediatrics ward.

Thanks to the Dean, Doctors, Nurses, Admin and Supporting Staffs, and The Ever Bright Children for their valuable Support.
