On world ozone day , our chandrans yuva foundation team along with karpagam university volunteers had planted saplings in Chettipalayam village to protect our earth and to support our environment.

To mark 75th Independence Day of India , FICCI FLO Coimbatore along with Chandrans Yuva foundation and Sugam Group of Companies is planting 3500 saplings using Miyazaki technique at Chettipalayam village.

A press release mentioned that Flo Coimbatore Chairperson Ritisha Niveda has planned to plant 10000 trees this year to mark 30 years of FLO Coimbatore.

This ambitious project is being done along with FICCI FLO’s NGO Partner Chandran’s Yuva Foundation with extensive support from Sasikala, the Co-founder & chairperson of the organisation.

FLO Coimbatore has planted 3660 trees since May 2021 and has collaborated with Sugam Group to plant 3500 trees in August marking 75 years of our nation’s independence in a frame of this 10000 trees plantation drive.

Also present during the program was the Chairperson FLO Coimbatore Ritisha Niveda ,Chairperson Chandrans Yuva foundation Shasikala , FLO Members Manju Illango, Kamini Surendran, Aparna Suren , Executive director Mr. Jagedesh- Chetipalayam , Deputy Secretrary of Tamil Nadu women wing Ms.Meena Jayakumar, with them kuruchi .
